Who We Are?
We’re more than just a Company/Guild, we’re a group of friends and a community that love MMO and the many aspects of PvP, Large Scale Fights, PVE, Gathering and Crafting. OneOfUsIsInvis’s history extends from Albion Online to now the launch of New World, which for some (including our GuildMaster), was part of the Alpha Launch, and all following Alphas/Closed Betas. As such, we have significant knowledge regarding the game’s history, mechanics, and general direction. Our Companies founders have been major contributors to some of the top guilds and alliances in many MMOs. We hope to use that knowledge along with our vision to create a great space for people to play.

To create a competitive Company in a non-toxic and even family friendly environment (think PG) where players with great skills or who want to have great skills can play together finding a community of common interests.

Game Play Within Our Vision
All aspects of the game will be explored in our Company including PVP, Territory Battles, PVE, Gathering, Crafting and everything else we can do. If you like one of those categories, we hope to provide a place to play that fits with our vision of family friendly. There are many guilds who will allow R and NC-17 content and lots of toxic chat so if you enjoy that flavor in your game feel free to join one of those Companies.
Time for Play
We are on at many times during the day. That being said we are a North America Guild with the founders based out of California. However, we have a growing population in the EU time zone. That doesn’t mean you can’t play at other times just be aware we are on typically from 8:00PM PST until server close. However, some members like to be on during the day since they work from home and can control their schedule. The good news is we continue to grow to the point that most times of the day you will find someone online and hopefully ready to join in content readily.
Communication
Question: What do you call a person who only speaks one language? Answer… American. We are happy to hang out with folks from other countries, but you do need to be able to speak and read English in a proficient manner. Being able to use a microphone in Discord comms is required.
How We Operate
We are a company of wholesome jokesters. We love to sass and rib each other in good fun as we go about our days. However, we understand that meatspace comes first. New World is a game; BoB is a community. We will support each other in our decisions to prioritize the things that are truly important. We highly value transparency in all things and you can be certain that everything having to do with leadership will be handled in an open and transparent way (handling sensitive situations with tact and understanding.
Our Governor
iCampAlot began this game with the first Alpha release and then recruited the rest of us through an ever-branching recruitment tree. He has played many other PVP games with great success and brought his expertise to New World. In addition, he is a really nice guy and as a result everyone likes to play with him. Being a really good, trustworthy player has enabled him to gain the respect of many of his peers (other company leaders and gaming community members) which benefits our Company tremendously by giving us opportunities that benefit us all. Being that he has been in the game since Alpha he has many perspectives on strategy in many areas of the game that have led to our success in the past in other MMos. He is a father of 5 (and more may be on the way soon) and his sons will frequent our Company event nights and PvP kill boards.
Our Families
As you can see, we strive to create a family friendly place. How else will the youngen’s learn to play with honor and respect if we don’t bring them into the fold? That does not mean we will put up with young family members who get us into dangerous situations because they cannot follow orders. To be clear Family Friendly means we have an environment where someone can play with their child but that does not mean we will have minors join the company by themselves. We expect minors who are company members to be accompanied by their parents in comms. Anyone under the age of 18 in comms will be expected to be accompanied by their parent.
